Always Learning

I learned a lot in the last few years and I'am still learning. This is something where you are always learning. Leaders are Readers! So I learned to always be learning. You can not depend on your sponsor, up line or who ever brought YOU in this business for everything about YOUR business.

You have to learn some things on your own. Most of the time if you just take time out to read and learn your business the answer is already there. In your back office, in the private Facebook group or you can google it. Google is your beat friend when you are serious about your business and want to learn. How bad do you want it? That's another subject but you also have to be motivated and especially self motivated. that's another subject though.

I learned that you can't just put an affiliate link out there and think somebody is going to buy from you. They need to have a reason and they want to know whats in it for them. So you have to make videos, write blogs and content that will cover the pain they may be having , your solution to the pain and then give them a call to action.

The key is to have so much content out there that your name will always pop up hopefully. You need to be seen and you need to let people know you are in business. If you really love your business then you must be the beacon for you business and let people know you are proud of it. You can't be shy about it. Don't be pushing though and spammy. The content will take care of it if you do it right. This comes from learning, taking action and teaching it don't be afraid try new things and be different from everyone else.
